European Medicines Agency’s Medical Terms Simplifier

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) has recently published a new resource providing descriptions of medical terms commonly used in information about medicines written in plain language. With >700 medical terms explained in simple language, this is a handy resource for anyone writing plain language summaries to help ensure standardized ‘plain’ definitions are used.
