By providing objective, evidence-informed research in an accessible format, the gap between the research community and patients, caregivers, and other non-specialists is narrowed, better enabling people to access research and use it to enhance their own health and wellbeing.”

Biography

Simon Stones is a Medical Writer and a Multi-Award-Winning Health Advocate and Consultant, inspired by his experience of living with health conditions since his early childhood. He was recognised in 2019 and 2020 as one of the top 100 most influential people with health conditions in the UK and is regarded as an international patient leader in rheumatology and patient engagement/involvement.
