Prostate-specific antigen levels and quality of life in advanced prostate cancer patients treated with apalutamide: a plain language summary of the SPARTAN and TITAN trials

Both studies compared apalutamide plus androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) to a placebo plus ADT. Results showed that apalutamide improved survival without worsening quality of life.
