TROPION-Lung01 trial for non-small cell lung cancer treatment: a plain language summary

This Plain Language Summary of Publication article (PLSP) from Future Oncology compares datopotamab deruxtecan (an antibody-drug conjugate) to docetaxel chemotherapy in 604 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose previous treatments had failed. Participants were randomly assigned to receive either treatment, and researchers measured overall survival and progression-free survival to determine which drug was more effective for patients with treatment-resistant advanced lung cancer.
