The effect of cladribine tablets in people with more active multiple sclerosis: a plain language summary

Neurodegenerative Disease Management has published another plain language summary of publication. The article provides an overview of the results of an analysis looking at the effects of taking either cladribine tablets or placebo (dummy pills) in a group of people who had more active inflammation associated with multiple sclerosis and had participated in the CLARITY study.

The original article on which this summary is based is called ‘Efficacy of cladribine tablets in high disease activity patients with relapsing multiple sclerosis: post hoc analysis of subgroups with and without prior disease-modifying drug treatment’ and was originally published in the journal Current Medical Research and Opinion. The original article can be read here.
