Treating pulmonary arterial hypertension with oral treprostinil tablets (Orenitram): a plain language summary

This Plain Language Summary of Publication article (PLSP) from Future Cardiology evaluated oral treprostinil tablets as an add-on therapy for patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a progressive rare disease. Researchers investigated whether adding treprostinil tablets to existing PAH treatments would reduce “clinical worsening events” compared to placebo.
